Nice Shot but, if you can, i would try the shot with different ligh condition. I would put also something (like a colorful sticker on the window) to create a contrast effect: this way the shot is a little empty!

I like this. Perhaps, as has already been suggested, a little light would have lifted it slightly, but the muted tones work well. And the concrete patch just adds to the run down look.

In addition to the above, I feel this is slightly tilted and would be improved by correcting that. Reminds me of France though :)
